Hey, where has the Guarantee website gone?
You're on it. What was once the guarantee application (at http://guarantee.freefoam.com) has been remodeled, re-branded and given shiny new buttons.
What's the difference between MyFreefoam and the Guarantee site?
We found that the guarantee website was a great way to allow installers and homeowners to register for the extended 30 year guarantee but we wanted to offer more features and services so have extended the system and called it Myfreefoam.
I was a registered Installer/Stockist/Homeowner on the old system. Do I need to re-register to use MyFreefoam?
No, your login credentials from that account are still good.
How do I find who my area sales manager is?
On your Home page click on Docs and Support, on the left hand side. You will see a drop down menu for My Freefoam Representative
How do I order marketing and sales materials?
Go to your Home page and click on Request merchandise. You will then be able to place your order.
Who sends the Guarantee to the homeowner?
You have TWO options. You can choose which you prefer when you initially become registered
Option 1: Freefoam will send the Guarantee to the homeowner. As soon as you have registered a property we receive notification and then generate the Guarantee. We send it out along with a copy of the terms and conditions.
Option Two: You can print and send the Guarantee yourself.
Can I get a copy of the Guarantee once it’s been issued to the homeowner?
Yes. Log into your account and choose the Guarantees tab. Search for the relevant property using the first line of the address. You can then print a copy of the Guarantee by clicking on the pdf button.
What if I make a mistake when entering the homeowner details?
No problem. Log into your account and find the relevant Guarantee. Click on the pencil button and edit the fields. Remember to save to changes by clicking Update Guarantee.
What if I’m only using Freefoam fascia and another supplier’s gutter? Can I still register the fascia part of the job?
Yes, you can register just the fascia part of the job. Only this element will appear on the Guarantee that the homeowner receives.
How long after I’ve done the job do I have to register the property?
All properties MUST be registered with one month of completing the work
What happens if the homeowner contacts me about a problem with Freefoam products?
Contact your Freefoam stockist who will get in touch with a Freefoam Areas Sales Manager. He will then handle the case on your behalf dealing directly with the homeowner to establish the situation and provide a solution.
Do I need to let you know if I move or change telephone number.
No, you can update your contact details yourself. Log on and go to the Profile tab.
Can I get a copy of the Freefoam Registered Stockist logo?
Yes, Log onto your account and choose Resources on the left hand side. You will see a copy of the logo there which you can download.
What happens if an installer contacts me about a problem with Freefoam products?
